There is some rule of the internet out there that if someone posts an image, and doesn't put any sort of watermark on it, or lock it to their webpage, it's free for use by anyone. Anyone can take it, and edit it however they want. They can then claim ownership to the EDITS of it, just not the whole thing. :)
